We have been keeping a VERY close eye on all of the orders that were shipped out this past week. We have tracking numbers for EVERY SINGLE ORDER! Ain't it great? LOL
Each time an order is delivered, we get an email....so I'm checking each order off as we go. Based on the tracking numbers, everything will be delivered in time.

Nearly all of the orders have shipped. You should have received a tracking number in an automated email from FedEx. We are working on adding the tracking numbers to the online ordering system today.
We have about 5 orders that will ship out this afternoon, as well as a few RUSH orders that will go out tomorrow. Everyone will have their orders in time for Christmas! I'm so happy!
Beginning on Monday at 6:30am, we will be in the middle of packaging/shipping the remainder of the holiday orders. This will continue until every order is shipped. I am confident that the last of these orders will ship out no later than Tuesday afternoon. There are a few RUSH orders that will go out on Wednesday.
Please keep an eye on your inbox, as this is where you will receive notification of your order being shipped. It will include your FedEx tracking number.
If you have questions, please feel free to call the studio. You will most likely have to leave a message, because if we stop to answer every phone call, we'll never get the orders shipped. Your call will be returned.

We just wanted to update everyone on how the holiday processing is going. So far, as of 11:30pm on Sunday, we are considering ourselves ahead of schedule. Most every order has been updated online to "processing" status. The remainder will be updated in the morning as soon as we have a free moment to log in and change them.
This means that we anticipate to have EVERY order shipped by Friday. There are a few orders that ran a little behind in November due to supply, but those few are expected to ship by Tuesday.
As much as I love making jewelry for each and every one of you, I am really looking forward to a traditional Christmas with my family. I hope you all take the time this holiday to take a break, and enjoy it a little bit. As a photographer with a busy storefront studio, I totally understand how time seems to get away from us...but take some of that time back...for yourself, for your family!

The deadline to place regular orders for Holiday delivery has come and gone! You have until midnight Tuesday to upload your images, although there aren't but just a few who haven't already done so.
There are a couple items that are currently out of stock and have been temporarily disabled in the store. The Hugs & Kisses Bracelet, The Love Everlasting Toggle Bracelet, and the Tapered Pendant.
A few of you who placed orders for these items will get phone calls on Tuesday. We apologize that we don't have anymore in stock and we can't promise that they will be back in stock in time for Christmas. You will have the option to pick another item or we will issue a refund for those pieces.
We are very organized this year and are prepared for just about anything. We stocked up fairly heavily, bought two new generators (in case of bad weather), teamed up with FedEx, and streamlined the admin side of our online store. We have two interns working part time with us at the studio, as well as one full time employee, my husband, and myself.
We have absolutely no doubts that everything will ship in plenty of time this holiday season! So, enjoy these next few weeks, and rest assured that everything you ordered from Heart to Heart Studio will arrive on time, as promised.
You can still place RUSH orders until the 7th. RUSH orders will ship no later than the 15th.

I thought I would give everyone a little instruction on how to check your order status online.
When you log in to the ordering system, you see a screen such as the one below.
Once you get to this screen, you will need to click "My Orders" at the top. See image below.
After clicking on "My Orders", you will see a list of your orders as well as a "status" column. Do not pay attention to this "status" column, as it really doesn't give you the detailed info you need. Click on the order number you are curious about. See below.
Once you click on the order number in question, you will come to a screen that is exacly like your printable receipt. This is the page that tells you what is going on.
We have mutliple "Status" Labels. I will list them below as well as the meanings.
New: The order has been placed and we haven't done anything with it yet.
Images Received: We have pulled your images from the server and are readying them.
Awaiting Images: We see you have placed an order, but we don't have images on the server for them.
Processing: We are working on your order.
Items Being Engraved: Your piece is being engraved.
Partial Shipped: We have shipped a portion of your order.
Shipped/Closed: We have processed your order and it has been shipped.
Our system is controlled by actual human beings. So status updates are input manually. We aren't perfect, and sometimes we are actually processing the order, but haven't had a chance to update the system to reflect it.
If your order says "New" for an extended length of time, chances are it's actually processing. If you have concerns, please call the studio at 918-246-0800
You have until midnight, CST to get your orders placed. You will then have until midnight on Tuesday to upload your images for these orders.
You can place RUSH orders until Sunday the 7th, but remember, each piece will incur a $30 charge for RUSH service.
If you want your order to be guaranteed for Christmas, please choose FedEx Ground or FedEx Express for your shipping option. We will not be responsible for any order not delivered on time if another shipping option is chosen.
All orders will ship prior to December 15th. My intern will be updating the ordering system with tracking numbers as we ship your order. Please log in and view your orders before calling or emailing the studio. We will be in the studio Monday-Friday from 10am to 5:30pm and weekends if necessary.
