Last Day for Mother's Day Orders!

Friday is the LAST day for submitting your Mother's Day orders without incurring RUSH fees. No exceptions.

If you have advance purchases from the "Pre-Spring Sale", today is the last day to submit them if you want them in time for Mother's Day.

Monday is the LAST day to submit RUSH orders. Be advised that you must add the RUSH fees to your order by choosing "RUSH Fees" from the categories available in the store. RUSH fees are per item, not per order. If you order 3 pendants, you will need to order 3 Rush Fees.

Due to demand, there are a few items that have been temporarily placed on backorder. We expect these items in time for Mother's Day...but we cannot guarrantee them. Those items are the "All My Heart Locket" and the "Large Rope Edged Pendant".

MOTHER'S DAY DEADLINES & INFO

Deadlines for Mother's Day

April 25th is the deadline for regular orders. All images must be submitted no later than midnight, CST.

April 28th is the deadline for RUSH orders. All images must be submitted no later than midnight, CST.

All orders submitted by these deadlines will ship NO LATER than May 5th.

Orders submitted after the RUSH deadline will be processed in the order they were received. Every effort will be made to get them out in time for Mother's Day, but we can't make any guarrantees.

Advance Purchases made during the "Pre-Spring Sale must be redeemed by April 25th. There are no exceptions. If you do not redeem those items before midnight on Friday, you will not be able to redeem them until after Mother's Day.

Important Annoucements:

Uploading system has a new feature! Some of you may have noticed that the upload area of the ordering system now features the ability to view the thumbnails of the images you have uploaded. My favorite brother in law added this feature a few weeks back and it appears to be working wonderfully! It simply creates a thumbnail of every image you upload. This feature is there to help you see that we either do or don't have the images. It works with JPG images only. So please don't expect to see thumbnails if you upload a zip file.

After Mother's Day we will be discontinuing the WHITE portrait tile pendants. We will only be making them on pearl. We have found that the pearl tile pendants last longer, set harder, are less bumpy, and are less likely to bubble in processing.

Effective immediately, we will no longer be taking applications for distributorship. We are at our max workload. We have decided to cater to our current distributors for the next few months. Each month, numerous distributors drop off due to inactivity, as those people fall off, we will allow applications. We will begin creating a waiting list.
